Due to the nature of online sales, it may rarely happen that an item of our stock is twice sold where only one item remains in stock – in this circumstance, we must honour the first purchase and refund the second.
We expect our products to survive ordinary use, but we disclaim any right to refund, exchange or any claim on the basis of misuse and lack of reasonable care – for example wearing jewellery when in contact with perfume or other chemicals or scratching, bending or breaking caused by physical contacts.
Whilst we take all efforts to maintain the website, it may happen that external circumstances beyond our control may deny you (and us) access to the site whereby we cannot undertake our ordinary obligations and we accept no liability for any delays, costs or inconveniences caused by this.
We reserve the right to refuse sale, communication or other any other online relationship to anyone without recourse to explanation or justification.
We may refuse to accept an order for sale where
– we have made an error in pricing or description, or
- we cannot obtain payment authorisation.

Images on our website. We expressly forbid any copying of any image or information on our website and claim copyright for all its content. Any incidence of copying our images without our permission will be vigorously investigated and pursued.
We expressly forbid the copying of our jewellery designs, some of which are protected and registered with the UK Patent Office. Any infringement or our copyright will be challenged and pursued to legal redress.
Whilst we strive to project accurate and complete information on our website, this is provided to the best of our judgements and should not necessarily be relied upon in making a decision to purchase without consulting other sources of information.
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice and that prices of the same item may differ online from those in our retail shop.
In making a purchase from this website, you confirm that you are not allergic to the materials of silver jewellery and that we will not be liable for exchange, refund or any claim in the event that such a hypoallergenic reaction takes place from the wearing or our goods.
