We understand that buying over the internet can be the cause of doubt as to what you are actually going to receive - no matter how good photographs and descriptions are. So we have no problem in accepting the return of any items and are happy to make a refund under these circumstances:
a. If you want to return your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible - and at the latest within 7 days of you receiving the item - 'phone or email us.
b. Please send back the item by the same delivery means as it was sent to you.
c. We will only accept returns for refund if the item is - in its original packaging box etc and that the whole, or any part of the purchased item shows absolutely no signs of use, wear or damage.
d. On delivery of the returned item to us - we will contact you by email or 'phone to confirm its receipt back to us and you will be refunded the purchase price within 7 days. At our discretion, we may record your details as qualifying for a discount on a future, but different, purchase.
e. The above 4 conditions apply to stock items - but it does not apply to items which have been made to order e.g. brooches made with a specific tartan, necklaces/bracelets/rings made to specific designs or sizes.
f. We will refund the full purchase price of the returned item, but not including any post/delivery charges paid by you for delivery to you, nor any post/delivery charges paid by you for the return of the item to us.
g. Any refund will be paid back by the same means/channel of payment made by you, ie a cheque payment from you, will be refunded by a cheque payment by us, a credit card payment will be refunded to your credit card etc....or as may be mutually agreed by us.
OTHER ISSUES - DAMAGE IN TRANSIT ETC.
