UK Deliveries
Items up to £150 value are delivered by Royal Mail 1st class Post Recorded Delivery.
Depending on their volume/weight, items of value£150 and over may require to be posted Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Overseas Deliveries
There are so many Postage/Delivery options for overseas deliveries that we have had to average out a variety of rates to keep the system simple.
Purchases up to £150 - $275 - Eu225 are posted Overseas as small packets by Air Mail.
Purchases over £150 - $275 - Eu225 are sent by UK Post Office Air Mail 'International Signed For' service.
EXPRESS Overseas Deliveries
We can arrange to make your delivery by Fedex /UPS or other carrier. Please let us know if you wish this option and we will let you know the cost.
Returns
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions to learn of the mutual rights/responsibilities in regard to Returns and the choice of Delivery/Insured Options. We are not liable for loss or damage in transit. Overseas buyers who may be liable for any import taxes duties etc should satisfy themselves as to their potential liabilities, if any. We are happy to receive returns in the event you want to return an item and receive a refund, less posting costs (inward back to us) - no questions...and we're always happy to do this. We will refund you promptly as long as the goods have not been used, damaged or otherwise rendered defective in any way and are in the same undamaged presenation boxes sent to you.
TIME FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY
Items in stock are despatched within 2-3 working days - if we cannot achieve this, we will e-mail you for a decision as to whether you wish to wait, or cancel the order.
